• Specific performance outcomes
• Revenue or commercial success
• Investor acceptance
• Regulatory or compliance approval

Software development and production readiness involve inherent risks.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Maintain backups of your systems and data
• Review deliverables promptly
• Ensure your product complies with applicable laws and regulations

ProdaLabs is not responsible for issues arising from client-side misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ProdaLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Either party may terminate an engagement if:

• The other party materially breaches these Terms
• Continued work would be unlawful or unethical

Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
